Since 1949, Harmon AutoGlass has supported community and nonprofit programs
across the country. Harmon AutoGlassencourages its employees to make a positive
difference in local communities by getting involved in activities including the
March of Dimes Walk, Muscular Dystrophy drives and Race for the Cure. The
company sponsors youth athletics, participates in local Chambers of Commerce
and supports the United Way.
As part of its November 2002 sales promotion, Harmon AutoGlass donated $7 from
each auto glass repair and replacement to the
Children's Cancer Research Fund. More than $38,000 was raised for the
Children's Cancer Research Fund which provides critical funding to the
University of Minnesota Cancer Center for research and training related to the
prevention, treatment and cure of childhood cancers and is dedicated to
improving the quality-of-life for pediatric cancer patients and their families.
